IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE PURCHASING
Most packages, excluding most original artwork, are shipped via USPS uninsured. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; the customer is responsible to file the claim. Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order as we are not be responsible for incorrect addresses.
We are not responsible for following: lost packages during transit, stolen packages, failed delivery attempts / buyer is not present to accept package, weather-related damages or delays, or shipments sent to forwarding services or companies. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment. Once a package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control, and we are not liable. Once it transfers to USPS it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages.
If your package is returned back to us, you are responsible to contact us with the correct address, and you will be charged to have it shipped again. We will not issue a refund if USPS loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance (most packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please contact
charles@gallerynucleus.com immediately after your purchase.

Address Correction:
Please send all address corrections to charles@gallerynucleus.com with the phrase "address correction" in the subject line. *We can NOT guarantee that an address correction will be made if your order has already been processed.

Nucleus Return Policy:
All sales are final. Original works of art are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please also note that once an installment plan has been placed, we can not refund any payments.

Damaged Products:
If you receive an item with broken, torn, or missing parts, simply return the item to us in its original package with your receipt. We will exchange it if we still have the item in stock. We will refund you on the return shipping. Once we receive the damaged item we will notify you with the option to refund or send you a replacement if one is available. Damaged Artwork:
If a frame is damaged or broken, contact us within 7 business days and either Nucleus or the shipping company will reimburse you for reframing costs. Please contact charles@gallerynucleus.com.

If you receive the wrong order:
Simply notify us and return the item. We will exchange it for you and refund you on the return shipping. Please contact charles@gallerynucleus.com.

Shipping Policy / Rates:
Nucleus is not liable for the package once at the point it reaches customs and not responsible for the customs fee. Every country has a different policy, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay that fee.
