Dai-chan is quite a character. He always seems slow, or half-asleep or maybe stoned. You would find it hard to believe he imports mezcal, owns a travel company, a catering company, a liquor store, a craft brewery, and a dumpling restaurant at which he often can be found waiting tables and cooking.
